Marriage process
1. 祭祖 男方在出發迎娶前先祭祖。(男方家在婚禮前一天，要祭拜天地祖先告知有婚禮將舉行.並依八字配 房屋座向拜床母) 2. 出發迎親
出發前,新郎應先分發紅包給一同前往接新娘的工作人員.迎娶車隊-車輛雙數為宜(忌4及8) 2或6的倍數最佳 ,迎娶人數：新郎媒人及親朋應六人或十人及以上 ps:若遇過橋或另一迎親隊伍則放排炮。 3. 鳴炮
迎親車隊到達新娘家前，應燃炮通知， 女方也燃炮回應。 4. 拜轎
禮車至女方家時，女方家一男童捧著盛滿橘子或糖果瓜子去開車門請新郎下車。( 開門紅包禮) 5. 討喜
新郎手持捧花，到新娘的房間，, 此時新娘的姊妹及女性朋友要阻攔新郎，可提出問題要新郎回答， 通過考驗才讓新郎見新娘 或新郎與女方家人見面問候一番後給予紅包，手持捧花到新娘房間接新娘， 一般紅包放999元表示長長久久。 6. 拜別
祭拜神明祖先，拜別父母，感謝父母養育之恩，並由父母蓋上頭紗。新娘應要叩拜父母道別， 新郎僅鞠躬行禮即可。 7. 新娘上禮車
